Red Hill House

Red Hill House is the Brymau Estates’ largest business centre, providing professionally managed accommodation for a range of small and medium sized enterprises, in 53 offices and 7 workshops.
Much more than just office accommodation, Red Hill House is a community of like minded entrepreneurs, working together, sharing business leads and coffee breaks, in a friendly, supportive atmosphere.


Offices range from 142 sq ft right up to 633 sq ft. An innovative layout with interconnecting doors provides the flexibility to expand as your business grows, or downsize as your plans change.
All offices are arranged around communal air conditioned atriums, giving your staff the space they need to take a break. Each floor also has kitchen facilities with seating for longer breaks. All offices can be connected to as many phone lines as required and are linked by the internal telephone system to each other and to the main reception.


Red Hill House is professionally managed, with uniformed reception staff to support your business. Visitors may be met in a separate waiting room, where short meetings may be conducted, subject to availability.
The reception team provide a range of invaluable support services, including telephone cover, post management, admin and secretarial support, taking away many of the hassles of day to day business operations and allowing even the smallest business to present a professional image.
Our own team of technicians and maintenance staff ensure that all communal areas are maintained to the highest standards and they’re always available to help with your individual needs.


The ground floor meeting room at Red Hill House seats 10 – 12 around the table, with an integral seating area for breaks, while the first floor room seats up to 6. Flip charts are provided for presentations, with a TV and DVD player available on request. Short meetings can also be held in the waiting room adjacent to reception, subject to availability.


Your security is of paramount importance to us at Red Hill House, and is monitored constantly by CCTV and vigilant staff. As a tenant you will have personal access to both the building and your own offices, even out of normal office hours and at weekends.


Allocated parking is provided for all tenants, with ample disabled spaces and visitor parking at the main entrance.

Disabled Facilities

Red Hill House has disabled parking next to the main entrance, with ramp access throughout the ground floor. A lift is available on request for access to the first floor offices. Should you or your guests need any special provision, please do not hesitate to ask at reception.
